These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Receipt Manager AI (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App, (b) use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems.

3. User Content

  • Receipt Data: By uploading images, PDFs, or other content, you represent that you own or have the right to share such content.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.
  • License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store your uploaded content for the purpose of providing the App's services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and service marks in the App (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" Basis: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
  • AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-based data extraction or currency conversions.
  • No Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on data provided by the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or any violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.
